Refund policy

Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy, Except for Defective Items:

Defects: We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only for items falling under the following defects: a) Item torn b) Item received with large stains

Non-Defect Reasons: The following reasons are not considered defects and are subjective, not reflecting the product's quality: a) Color variation from product photos, e.g., pink vs. magenta. b) Design variation from product photos, e.g., patterns and arrangements, etc. c) Size variation within ±3 cm on measurements d) Minor imperfections, e.g., crease marks, etc. e) Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product. f) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preferences (inner lining, leather, etc.).

Proof of defect must be verified by RAGA artisans for the return to be eligible.

Return Process: We accept returns within 5 working days (Malaysia) upon order receipt. International orders are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for any exchange/return shipping costs. We do not accept exchange/return items from third-party retailers.

Processing Time: It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. You will receive a notification email once your return has been processed and your refund issued. Note that any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded.
